- The evidence appears to be that Extenze may NOT work the first time you take it. Extenze is very clear that Extenze Male Enhancement must be taken every day, whether or not you are having sex. Nowhere does Extenze say Extenze is guaranteed to work the very first time.
- Extenze appears to be a pill that must “build up in your system” before you see maximum benefits.
