You must take 2 tablets a day. Whether or not you are having sex.

Specifically – They tell you to take 1 tablet twice a day, at different times. So you must remember as a Man Over 50 to take 1 tablet at 2 different times a day.  At 30 Caps per bottle you will run out in 15 days.
